I am Cheng Peng, a second-year PhD student in the Department of Decisions, Operations and Technology (DOT) at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, advised by Prof. Zhi Chen and Prof. Wei Tang. Previously, I received my bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2025, where I was advised by Prof. Biaoshuai Tao.

My research interests lie in information design and prediction markets. I am particularly interested in how forecasts can be aggregated and used to support decision-making under uncertainty. I am also actively exploring applications of large language models to forecasting.
